Service Description
We will discuss Project Team's needs and develop a plan for assistance in various areas such as; Assist Project Manager with Development of Project Management Plan and 23 Component Plans, coordinate with the team and/or the PM on the completion of the 47 Functional Process as well as the 6 Non-functional Process, i.e., 1st & 2nd Kick-off Meetings, assist with Development of Scope Statement, administration of the Monitor and Control Processes and more.
