PROJECT 1
 

NEF Consulting & Training performed for Chrysler Corporation on what was hailed by Automotive News as the nation’s largest automotive customer service training initiative to date, “Customer One”, covering one of the toughest areas for customer satisfaction, the state of New York.  Later, performed on Chrysler’s highly applauded Five Star Process Training, where we assisted the dealer personnel in engineering customer service processes designed to remove causes for dissatisfaction.  Then trained the customer service team members on the newly designed processes.

PROJECT 2
NEF Consulting & Training performed as lead Customer Service Trainer for Saturn Division of General Motors Corporation performing the mandatory training for all Saturn Dealer Management Teams nationwide, charged with the responsibility to impart the instilling the Saturn Service Difference principles of management as the new way to treat customers.
PROJECT 3

Performed on a panel of 5 to develop curriculum for the Department of Education, State of Virginia.  Selected to serve in this capacity for 5 consecutive years.

PROJECT 4
Performed as Program Manager for Concord Crossroads, LLC (C3R) for the Modern Army Combative Program at Ft. Lee, Virginia.  This program trained all the officers entering basic officer training.  Managed the certified instructor to provide support 1600 plus hours annually to build the program, to train and to certify students.
