nefconT will work with the organization’s appointed person/people to establish a Pipeline, and Pipeline Management Process. Through the use of a Sales Process with emphasis on the steps of the process which must be performed consistently to increase or maintain an acceptable win ration. The dollar value of the pipeline will be established, along with the manual process to win the business and to maintain that portion necessary to keep your organization in a growth or in some cases a status quo state. We establish processes to Capture new business, and maintain existing business.
